Real estate developments are capital intensive projects that have both social and financial impacts. The marketability of the project is often determined by the existence of a great landscape, fine residential design, quality of neighbourhood, assurance of safety, ample supply of utilities, and recreational facilities.

Throughout the growing up years of a child until adulthood, he or she will be engaged in a lot of activities, particularly those that promote personal development and social skills. Ideally, basic exposure to these sports must be found within the home and the immediate community.
